1.Responsible for pre-, middle and after-sales work, and customer management and maintenance;
2.Through chat software, patiently answer customer questions, customer guide, promote products, facilitate order transaction;
3.Familiar with the various operating rules of Tmall / Taobao or Jingdong, deal with customer requirements, help customers inquire and track the logistics situation, return and exchange, deal with refund and customer rights protection issues;
4.Provide after-sales service, and with a good attitude, provide after-sales service and can solve general complaints;
5.Complete the other work matters assigned by the supervisor;
6.Good computer operation, fast typing speed, and unlimited education background;
7.Bright personality, careful, strong communication ability; strong quick thinking and expression ability, have their own online shop or more than a year of e-commerce customer service experience priority.
