    1.New product promotion and launch, according to the new requirements on the product, including advertising / offline Flash mob activities / agency cooperation plan;

    2.Work closely with the online and offline sales team and balance sales goals and brand needs, plan and implement marketing strategies for offline stores in both directions and brand image;

    3.According to the main product planning and implement market activities related to the offline retail market, including project management, short-term device display, conventional material development, and design and production of promotional gifts, coordination and communication of each department, overall cost control, etc;

    4.Familiar with the content planning and operation of new media platforms (including Weibo, WeChat, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.) ;

    5.Responsible for formulating monthly online and offline communication plan, planning and implementation of activities;

    6.Sensitive to social hot / solar term, timely conduct hot / solar term marketing combined with the company;

    7.Formulate marketing cost budget, arrange advertising and other advertising work, analyze the results and results of feedback activities, and guide the sales direction;

    8.Develop member management and marketing plans and monitor store implementation;

    9.Responsible for sorting and analysis of market information (market demand, competitive product information, sales data, etc.) and provide constructive market opinions;

    10.Marketing or media related majors are preferred;

    11.Strong sense of responsibility and pressure resistance, active business promotion and problem solving;

    12.Solid data analysis and copywriting skills, proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.);

    13.Junior College degree or above;3-5 years related work experience in retail market or activity management;

    14.Love the sales industry and have some insight into consumer shopping habits;

    15.Excellent communication, teamwork, project execution, time management and adaptability, verbal and written English, strong English skills.
